Manual verification

Submitting an order does not automatically confirm payment. Delivery starts after payment reference or proof is reviewed by admin.

Ready-made files are delivered manually by WhatsApp or email. Custom work timelines are confirmed after requirement review.

Support and revisions

Ready-made product support covers basic usage help. Custom work revision scope is agreed before build.

Refunds

If payment is not verified, order may be rejected. Refund or correction discussions happen manually through WhatsApp/email.
